JPS exec secures Next-Generation Leadership Award at JMEA M&E Awards

‘Shine On’ named Best Digital Ad Campaign

 

(October 9, 2026 – Kingston, Jamaica) JPS walked away with two awards from three nominations at the 2026 Jamaica Manufacturers and Exporters Association (JMEA) M&E Awards, held on October 3 at The Jamaica Pegasus Hotel in Kingston.
The event saw the energy company copping the Best Digital Ad Campaign award, while Vice President of Generation at JPS, Sameer Simms, emerged victorious among a solid line-up of young leaders, securing the JMEA Next-Generation Leadership Award
JPS rounded out its nominations for the night with the JMEA Vision 2030 Corporate Social Responsibility Award – Large Category

The JMEA M&E Awards celebrate excellence across Jamaica’s manufacturing, export and wider business community, recognising companies and individuals contributing to innovation, growth, sustainability and national development.

The award recognizes influential leaders who are challenging traditional thinking and leveraging innovation to drive meaningful change in their industry.
