This is definitely one of the best apps around. You’re able to do so much from it. I love the feature that allows you to monitor your usage the most. No need to call or visit customer service again.

I like the new app and the features. But after submitting payment the receipt does not show the address for the property. Also, need the option to pay multiple accounts at one time like how it was on the old website. Can only pay one by one on the new app and website.

This app has significantly improved and is easy to navigate. With this app, save alot of time. I was able to make application for electricity, make payment & lodge power outage complaints. All of which were responded to in a relatively good time

3 stars rating because it is so much better than the old one: it actually works except for a few important issues. The payment is taken from your card but says the transaction was unsuccessful. You have to close the screen then close an error screen as well. You get a notification from the app to your email saying the transaction was successful but your account is still saying outstanding. This should be like the flow app which is immediately reflected. Fix these issues JPS & you have a winner!
