Application Process Details
Applications for partnerships must be from properly registered groups or institutions. The online donation request form must be completed when applying for assistance or support. Additionally, a Proposal Letter must be sent to jpsfoundation@jpsco.com. Please clearly state how there is a strategic fit between your work/cause/project and the Foundation’s ongoing work. Proposals must include in 150 words or less:

The purpose of the project and the challenges it intends to address.
Budget
Detailed estimated project budget and time frame
N.B Emailed proposals will be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt, however, the online form must also be completed to facilitate evaluation. Results of evaluated applications will be shared via email within 10 working days of completion.
