Should you wish to have your service disconnected, simply send us a letter, on your company’s letterhead detailing the relevant service address, account number (customer number and premises number) and the date that you would like your service to be disconnected. We also ask that you provide us with an address for the final bill.
Please note that you will be responsible for all billed charges up to the date of disconnection.
You may send your disconnection request to any one of the following service centres:
- Any of our JPS Commercial Offices islandwide
- Through the JPS Customer Care Center by fax (876) 511-2166 or e-mail at email@example.com
- Your Key Account Manager (if one is assigned to your organization)
