A proven marketing and communications innovator and strategist, Tishan joined JPS as Head of Marketing in August 2014. She is charged with the overall responsibility of building and strengthening the JPS brand, promoting the company’s suite of products and services and driving a marketing and sales culture throughout the organization.

Tishan has conceptualized, spearheaded, consulted on and executed a host of impactful initiatives in her career. As Marketing Manager at National Commercial Bank (NCB) Tishan was charged with the development and execution of the comprehensive marketing strategy for the group’s suite of products and delivery channels. Her success in marketing can be attributed to her solid foundation and track record in Communications where she developed sensitive high level internal and external programmes. She is also credited with successfully leading cross functional teams in the implementation of transformational projects such as channel migration, branch closures/mergers and change management.

After seven years with NCB, she joined the team at Scotiabank as Marketing Manager, managing a similar portfolio. Tishan holds a BA in Media Studies from Queens College in Flushing New York. She is married with two children, Mia and Jaxon.
